This dish is loved by my entire family. It brings back childhood memories of my grandma making them for us. You can eat them for lunch or dinner—pretty much anytime. Whenever we had leftover mashed potatoes, we knew we would be having szagówki for dinner.
Ingredients
Cold mashed potatoes
Farmer's cheese (white)
2 eggs
Flour
Salt
Instructions
Make a dough, slice it, and boil in hot water until the pieces float to the surface. Don't overcook them or they will fall apart.
Lightly fry them in a pan with butter and breadcrumbs.
Serve with sugar, cinnamon, and sour cream.
Smacznego! Enjoy
